Villa AMONRA, a beautifully located villa on the north/west coast of the Netherlands at Julianadorp aan Zee.

Our Villa was renovated in the spring of 2020 and has all the luxury you need. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with leather furniture, connecting to the dining room with a large table and seating for 6 and a half open kitchen with all the modern amenities.(dishwasher, large combi microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, senseo machine, citrus press, toaster etc.) On the ground floor you can also find a spacious bedroom with study corner and a new bathroom. (bath/shower, modern sink, toilet and washing/dryer machine.)

In the living room there is an open staircase that leads to the first floor where you can find two more bedrooms with their own bathroom. This bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The bedrooms upstairs have two single beds (that can be put together easily) and the downstairs bedroom has a double bed. The whole villa has tiles on the floor (anti allergic) and in the living room and kitchen there is under floor heating.

In the living room as in the bedroom downstairs you can find a TV.

The garden is tiled with flowery borders and a free view and has new garden furniture.
